ORDER PROCESSING

• Once your order is placed on Fgear Online Shop it will be reviewed in 24 hours. Orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days upon us receiving your order.
• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

Please inspect the contents when your order arrives and inspect the items and quantity. If there is any missing item or damages, then contact Fgear Customer Service.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our office. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM-6PM on MON-FRI. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Payments are accepted via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Bank Transfers.
